View on the Shocking Events of 9/11/01 |
I thought this would be more appropriate here since this
is my personal space... I could not let todays events go unmarked.
My sympathy goes out to the families of the dead or missing
as well as the wounded in the various despicable attacks on US
civilians that occurred today. I hope that the missing can be
found and brought safely out of the rubble. My profound thanks
go out to the various emergency personnel who are at this moment
risking their own lives to find their fellow citizens in the
face of the loss of friends and associates.
Already the people of the US have begun to rally together,
internal squabbles forgotten in the face of a common enemy. I
only hope that the remaining perpetrators of these acts can be
brought to justice swiftly.
