Travis has expanded his CW coverage.
He has general info on the factions, a great picture gallery,
and some tactics articles. If you have not seen the page lately,
then I would recommend stopping by. |

Devereaux Cannon's Page. Oddly
enough, the only army list is for a Naga army... unfortunately,
it does not seem to have been updated in a while. |

| Sacred Temple of the Phoenix |
Phoenix |
This one is definitely
centered around the "peaceful" Phoenix. It discusses
units, personalities, and has Battle Reports and Tactics discussions. |

Not actually a CW site, but they
have some great coverage of GenCon 2000 that will be of special
interest to CW players -- See what the figures you have seen
in recent AEG publications actually look like :) |
13-Aug-00 |
| Shiro no Konran |
Phoenix |
Brendan Yares' page. Nice map
of Rokugan and some stuff for Phoenix. Also has an analysis of
duelers in CW |
27-May-00 |

Crane |
Battle reports,
Crane tactics, home-brew rules, and great taste in links! |
21-Apr-00 |
| Dragon Art of War |
Dragon (ads) |
Chris Keil's page. Great pictures
of miniatures (both AEG and Old Glory). |
12-Apr-00 |
| The Moto Bushi School |
Unicorn (ads) |
Shinjo Yoshimisato's page. Great
ideas for terrain and miniature painting as well as a great picture
gallery. There is a framework for campaign ideas and battle reports
but nothing much has been added there. Has added sections for
Crab and Crane clans. |

| Other Rokugan-related
Sites |
- Tastes
Like Phoenix -- This great site is by the folks
that brought you Bearers of Jade. They have a great adventure
along the same lines, with more stuff to follow. They also have
some great articles on Roleplaying in general. Check it out!
- The
Writings of the Deathseeker, Ikoma Andy -- This is a
page that covers all aspects of Rokugan. There is much to see
and learn here, so plan on spending some time!
- Lion Clan Home Page -- Mainly
a CCG site, but it does have Story Line Tournament results for
the CCG, and historical stuff on Rokugan.
- Gaijin's Guide to Rokugan -- Rulebook
stories, Day of Thunder story card stuff, and many other tidbits
of Rokugan lore are available on this page.
- Undernet #l5r
- The semi-official Legend of the Five Rings IRC chat-channel.
- Armorcast
-- They have a new line of oriental terrain that is perfect
for the Clan War table top. They have a great bridge, a torii arch, and now wall sections (including
partial stone and bamboo!). This expanding line of Feudal Asian
terrain is great to see. They finally added some Asian style
buidings!
- Terra
Genesis -- Great page on making Terrain. Many
projects are detailed and pointers abound. This site is constantly
updated. There is also a message board with reader's tips, etc.
Now in their new home at the Warhammer Players Society.
- Samurai Scenics
-- A site with some great scenery links.
- Village Green
-- This site has sketches of the various feudal Japanese buildings
they have available. They are based out of the UK, but there
is a US distributor here.
- Terrakit -- They have a variety of oriental structures.
Make sure you get the ones in 25mm scale and not 15mm!
| Miscellaneous Miniatures
Game Links |
- Battle
Group Boston -- A local (Massachutesetts) miniatures
gaming club. They were mainly for historicals, but have begun
branching out in the last few years to include fantasy games
as well.
- The Samurai Miniatures Page -
A great page that compares various brands of Samurai figs, their
merits, and has some great paint jobs as well. Magnus Johansson
now has quite an extensive collection of CW figs to view, although
he gives them custom names for his personal army, so they can
be hard to match to the actual blisters.
- Army Builder
-- A great utility for anyone who plays miniatures games. There
are data bases available for most of the more popular game systems,
so that you can spend less time designing your armies and more
time playing!.
- The
Miniatures Page -- This is a great source of information
on all kinds of Miniatures games. Check it out!
- TO&E
Links Page - A great set of general Links for all RPGers
and Table-top Gamers.
- Encyclopedea Miniturata - An interesting
catalog of tips and ideas for terrain and figures from a Historical
Miniatures site. Although it is geared toward Colonial Wargames,
you may find some of it very interesting.
- Battlestorm
Gamer's Reference -- A great resource of miniatures gaming
links on the Web.
- GenCon
-- The big gaming event of the year. This one is in Milwaukee.
You really do owe it to yourself to go at least once.
- Havoc -- This is a local (Massachusetts)
miniatures convention. It is run by a group of dedicated miniatures
players called Battle Group Boston.
- MassConfusion
-- Another local, Massachusetts miniatures convention. Run by
the folks that do TotalConfusion.
- TotalConfusion -- This is a site for a local (Massachusetts)
gaming convention. They have an adjunct Con,
- FlatCon -- Local Illinois gaming convention.
